Caraway Home Review - Is It Really THAT Good?
If you're on social media a lot like me, then you most probably have seen Caraway Home on your screens because EVERYONE is talking about them!
Of course, like you, I got really curious about them, and because we just moved to a new apartment (oh yeah, hey, if you didn’t know, we moved and I cannot wait to share with you our new home!), they were definitely my first choice for our new cookware! Lucky for me, they agreed to send over 2 pans for me to try when I reached out to them! Love when that happens! 🥰

Caraway is a cookware brand that designed and created ceramic non-stick and non-toxic pots and pans that are good for us and the planet.
You know that I prefer my stuff to be non-toxic, from the beauty and body products that I use, to the household stuff my family uses as well, so this was the biggest selling point for me when considering Caraway cookware for our new home. And guess what, their pots and pans are ceramic and non-stick (FOR REAL)! We’ve tried so many “non-stick” pans in the past and after a month or two of using them, they just start deteriorating! It’s seriously the reason why I never enjoyed cooking! But now that we have our Caraway pans, I’ve been cooking more than ever! The pans are literally non-stick, and cleaning them is such a breeze! These photos were taken after a week and a half of us using them everyday, and they still look brand new! Also, because of the beautiful color and feel of the pans, I just feel more motivated to cook and use them! Yes, they are on the pricier side, BUT they are such a GREAT INVESTMENT! And with Afterpay, it’s a no-brainer, you need a set or two in your home!
MY THOUGHTS ON THE PANS WE HAVE ON HAND:
CARAWAY FRY PAN - This pan is what we use on the daily because I love eggs for breakfast (and my husband makes my eggs and he says, and I quote, “this pan is amazing!”), but because this pan has a bit of depth, I’m also able to use it for more than just frying food. I use this for making pasta sauce, making stir-fry stuff, our easy-to-cook Trader Joes meals, and more! This pan is actually a really great size for us, a family of 3, because we’re able to make just enough food for us in it. This pan feels very hefty! If you know Tangled, this would probably be Rapunzel’s weapon of choice haha.
CARAWAY SAUCE PAN - This pan is great for soups, sauces, little side dishes, and making easy-to-cook ramen, what I mainly use this for! It also makes for a great boiling pot if you’re making pasta for one! Love that the lid matches the pan for a beautiful seamless look!
Lastly, did I mention how much I LOVE this beautiful sage color? Caraway offers 5 stunning colors for all their products! Their unique Peracotta color is what I want to get next! The complete set also comes with a magnetic pan rack and a lid holder!
The one thing I will say about these pans is that if you’re used to cooking with high heat, you might not like these straight off the bat since the recommended maximum heat for these is medium heat. I have to wait quite a bit for the pan to heat up all the way, but once it’s hot, it’s just heavenly. Also, we make sure to ONLY use wooden and silicone utensils to not risk scratching the surface.
